Atanas Atanasov
29.04.2014

Atanas Atanasov is a student at Baba Tonka High School of Mathematics – Ruse. He’s been awarded with a number of national and international prizes from contests in information technologies. Together with his small but united team of 3 of his classmates, the young inventor works on the creation of the first of its kind tablet for blind people.

The idea about the tablet occurred to him when he was going home after an informatics competition in Sofia. In a subway station he saw a blind person finding the escalators and catching the train by himself. In the next few hours the idea for the invention of a tablet for blind people formed in his head. Later it was supported by three of his friends and that is how the work on the project began.

The project of  Nasko and his team from the High School of Mathematics is implemented with the financial support of Ruse – Free Spirit City Foundation.
