Ruse Free Spirit City Foundation launched a fundraising campaign to support the talented Faces of Ruse.  For the third consecutive year, the team of the Foundation wants to provide the talented and the knowledgeable with an opportunity to develop and showcase their skills.

Our main goal is to inspire everyone to invest in talent, innovative education and training in all fields of science, technologies and arts, in relation to the interests and skills of the local citizens.

Let’s open our hearts to the good and be part of a responsible society which is not indifferent to the future of Ruse because the talented Faces of Ruse are the best ambassadors of our city and our country to the world!

The donated amounts will be collected in the “Faces of Ruse” fund. It was created in 2014, in order to stimulate the activity of talented local citizens in various fields of science, education, arts and culture, who with their achievements promote the Danube city on national and international scale.

The data for the last three years show that through the “Faces of Ruse” Fund support has been provided for 240 talents in different spheres of public life. These are 21 talented individuals and 20 teams.

The Foundation has supported young musicians Desislava Karagyozova, Nikolay Dimitrov, Yoana Delimarkova, Tereza Todorova, Katrin Terzich, singers Gabriela Yoradnova, Mirela and Presiyana Dimitrovi, Aya Hristova, St. George’s Choir, Danube Waves Choir, Ballet Impulse, metal band Claymore. 

For three consecutive years we supported the students and teachers from the University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev” in constructing an electromobile and participating in the International Shell Eco-marathon competition. We supported Atanas Atanasov from Ruse and his team in developing the first-ever tablet for the blind.

For the past three years dozens of students from Ruse received the opportunity to showcase their skills in various fields of science and won prestigious awards in international competitions.
